The snowflake embroidery on Saski’s stocking is now finished. I’ve used different shades of blue and turquoise tapestry wool for the big snowflakes and then a beautiful bright sky blue crewel wool for the tinier ones.
Saskia’s favourite colour is pink so her name has been embroidered in a surprisingly bright vintage pink wool.
I just need to sew the two sides together, add the pom-pom trimming and stitch in the lining. I love the happy expression on the snowman’s face, he looks so pleased to be out in the snow.
